About the Security Code

As an additional security measure, credit and debit cards have a 'CV2' code printed on the signature strip on the back of the card. We ask that you enter this code to prove that you are in physical possession of the card.


Identifying the CV2 code

If you look at the back of the card you will see a series of digits on the signature strip. The CV2 code is the right-most block of numbers in this series.

The security code is usually the last three digits on the signature strip on the back of your card:

On American Express cards, the security code is the four digits to the right of the long embossed number on the front of the card:
